What to Expect

The CGRC Experience

Community at the Core

We build lasting friendships and a sense of belonging. Our group is a safe space where everyone is welcomed, supported, and celebrated. Through weekly runs and shared chiya, we create a network that feels like family.

Mental Well-Being Focus

Chiya Guff Run Club is not just about physical fitness — it's a journey toward mental resilience. Each run is a chance to clear your mind, build confidence, and foster inner strength. As we run together, we remind ourselves that every small step builds a stronger mind.

All Are Welcome: Diversity in Action

We celebrate diversity in race, gender, culture, and ability. No matter your background or fitness level, you belong here — and your unique story enriches us all. Together, we prove that when we embrace our differences, we create a stronger, more vibrant community.

First Time?

Be Prepared for Your First Run

Whether it's your first run ever or your first time with CGRC — here's everything you need to show up confident, comfortable, and ready to move.

Gear Up

Any supportive running shoe works. Wear comfortable activewear — no club kit required.

Arrive Early

Show up a few minutes before start time. Introduce yourself — we love meeting new runners.

Bring Water

Hydration is key, especially for Monday long runs. A bottle or handheld works great.

Your Pace, Always

We form pace groups and always regroup. No one gets left behind — this isn't a race.

Check Socials First

Sunday routes change weekly — confirmed every Wednesday via Instagram and Facebook.

Sign Your Waiver

First-timers complete a quick community waiver before their first run. Fast and simple.
